I offer a range of therapeutic and relaxation massages tailored to your individual needs. You can find more details on the Home Page
How do I know which massage is right for me?
If you’re unsure, we’ll discuss your goals, any pain or tension, and your preferences before your session. I’ll recommend the most suitable massage and adjust the pressure and techniques as needed.
Is massage therapy painful?
Massage should never be painful. Some techniques, especially Deep Tissue Massage, may feel intense at times, but you should always be comfortable. Please communicate if the pressure needs to be adjusted.
How often should I get a massage?
It depends on your goals. For relaxation, once or twice a month is common. For pain management or injury recovery, weekly or biweekly sessions may be recommended initially.
How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked via the website, by phone call, or by WhatsApp message. Advance booking is recommended.
Please be sure to complete the contact form on the Contact Me page [make a link] to finalise your request.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Sessions are by appointment only to ensure proper preparation and availability.
What should I wear during the massage?
You may undress to your comfort level. Most clients undress completely or leave on underwear. You will be properly draped at all times to ensure privacy and comfort.
Will I be covered during the massage?
Yes. Professional draping is always used, and only the area being worked on is uncovered.
Do I need to disclose medical conditions or injuries?
Yes. Please inform me of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy so I can provide a safe and effective session.
Is massage safe during pregnancy?
Yes, prenatal massage is safe for most clients after the first trimester, provided there are no medical contraindications. A doctor’s approval may be required in some cases.
What if I feel uncomfortable during the session?
Your comfort and safety are my top priorities. You can ask to stop, change pressure, or end the session at any time.
Do you offer sensual or sexual massages?
No. This is a professional therapeutic massage practice. Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the session with full payment required.
What should I do after my massage?
Drink plenty of water, take time to relax, and avoid strenuous activity for the rest of the day if possible.
Is soreness normal after a massage?
Mild soreness can occur, especially after certain massage treatments. This typically resolves after a few days.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, or major credit/debit cards.
What if I’m late to my appointment?
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next client’s time, with full payment still required. So please be on time for studio appointments
What do you mean by mobile and studio massage?
Mobile massage means I come to you and bring everything needed for the session.
Studio massage takes place at my private in-home massage studio
